THR is ICO registered (ZB976206). Recruiters who upload CVs are responsible for having a lawful basis to process candidate data.

What we process

Documents are read in your browser. Only the extracted job description and CV text is sent over an encrypted connection to our AI provider to produce assessments. Original files are not uploaded for analysis.

What we store and for how long

• Completed candidate assessments: stored privately in your account for up to 14 days, then deleted by scheduled cleanup.
• Candidate workflow statuses and interview times: stored privately for up to 14 days from when first set.
• Candidates you choose to save: kept in your account until you remove them.
• Original CV files: stored only if you choose to save them, for 14 days, then deleted.

Access

Stored records are visible only to the account that created them.
